We use Calendly for appointment scheduling. Coaching sessions may occur via Google Meet through Google Workspace, phone calls, or WhatsApp if mutually agreed upon. Email communication is conducted through Google Workspace (Gmail). Please note that electronic communication carries inherent security risks, and while reasonable precautions are taken, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
D. Intake Forms and Health Data
Information submitted through Jotform is voluntarily provided and used solely for delivering personalized coaching services. While we collect health-related information to tailor coaching services, Strawberry by Shruti is not a HIPAA-covered entity. We take reasonable steps to safeguard your information; however, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
E. Affiliate and Product Recommendation Platforms
