1. Services Provided
Strawberry by Shruti provides nutrition education, lifestyle coaching, wellness programs, and related digital products. All services are educational in nature and are not medical treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or medical nutrition therapy.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase coaching services. Digital products intended for children must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing services or products, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full or in accordance with the agreed-upon payment plan before services are rendered. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. In the event a scheduled payment fails or is declined, services will be paused until payment is brought current. Continued failure to make payments may result in termination of services. Enrollment in a program constitutes a financial commitment, and you remain responsible for the full program fee once enrolled.

4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching services or digital products. At our sole discretion, we may allow transfer of unused sessions to a later date or transfer of enrollment to another individual, subject to approval. Failure to complete a program or utilize purchased services does not relieve you of your financial obligation.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the session may be forfeited. If you arrive late to a session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and additional time will not be added. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through this website, programs, coaching sessions, digital downloads, presentations, recipes, materials, and related resources are the intellectual property of Strawberry by Shruti and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, share, resell, record, or otherwise exploit any materials without prior written consent. Digital products are licensed for individual use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Testimonials and Marketing Use
If you voluntarily provide written testimonials, feedback, or reviews, you grant the Company permission to use such testimonials for marketing purposes, including on the website and social media platforms. We will not publish sensitive personal health information without explicit consent. You may request removal of a testimonial by contacting us in writing.

8. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in nutrition and lifestyle coaching involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes. You agree that Strawberry by Shruti shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of services or information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strawberry by Shruti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or services.

10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior, fails to comply with payment terms, or engages in conduct that disrupts the integrity of the program. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue mediation within the State of Washington prior to initiating litigation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
